2. Order Process

  • All handmade items are made-to-order (production begins after purchase).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email (check spam if missing).
  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices in EUR (€). Includes VAT where applicable.
  • Payment processed securely via Stripe/PayPal – we never store card details.
  • Free worldwide shipping is non-exchangeable for cash.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility outside the EU.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 14-day return window for unworn items with tags.
  • Final sale items (e.g., custom pieces) cannot be returned.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content are owned by No Nasties.
  • You may not reproduce products or images without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We’re not liable for:
    • Minor handmade variations (they’re features, not flaws!)
    • Delays due to customs or unforeseen events
    • Incorrect care leading to damage
