Because our products are handmade-to-order, we aim to minimize waste while honoring fair customer rights.
1. Returns Eligibility
✔ Acceptable:
- Unworn/unused items with original tags + packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective/damaged items (report within 48 hours with photos).
✖ Non-Returnable:
- Custom/personalized orders (e.g., embroidered names).
- Final sale items (marked clearly at checkout).
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Order # + product photos.
- Reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 48 hours with:
- Approved return label (for defects) or
- Artisan workshop address (for standard returns).
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Issued via original payment (Stripe/PayPal).
- Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless our error).
4. Stripe-Specific Terms
- Refunds appear in your account within 3-10 business days (varies by bank).
- Chargeback requests must first contact us per Stripe’s Dispute Guidelines.
5. Eco-Friendly Returns

- Exchanges (size/color swaps).
- Donating returns to partner NGOs (we’ll email you the option).
