🌱 Our Ethical Returns Promise

Because our products are handmade-to-order, we aim to minimize waste while honoring fair customer rights.


1. Returns Eligibility

✔ Acceptable:

  • Unworn/unused items with original tags + packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Defective/damaged items (report within 48 hours with photos).

✖ Non-Returnable:

  • Custom/personalized orders (e.g., embroidered names).
  • Final sale items (marked clearly at checkout).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Emailreturns@nonasties.store with:
    • Order # + product photos.
    • Reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with:
    • Approved return label (for defects) or
    • Artisan workshop address (for standard returns).

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Issued via original payment (Stripe/PayPal).
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless our error).

4. Stripe-Specific Terms

  • Refunds appear in your account within 3-10 business days (varies by bank).
  • Chargeback requests must first contact us per Stripe’s Dispute Guidelines.

5. Eco-Friendly Returns

♻ To reduce waste, consider:

  • Exchanges (size/color swaps).
  • Donating returns to partner NGOs (we’ll email you the option).
